Water Restoration

Floods, burst pipes, roof leaks, and sewer backups -- LBE Contracting extracts, dries, and rebuilds, so a water loss does not turn into a mould problem.

Water damage is a race against absorption. Within hours it moves from standing water into subfloors, wall cavities, and insulation; within days, untreated moisture becomes a mould remediation job that costs several times what the original drying would have. What matters is how fast the water comes out and how thoroughly the structure is dried afterwards.

LBE Contracting handles both halves of that problem. Our crews extract the water, isolate the source, and dry the structure with commercial air movers and dehumidifiers, logging moisture readings until the building is measurably back to dry standard -- and then, as a general contractor, we carry out the repairs ourselves instead of leaving you to find a second company to rebuild what was torn out.

How It Works

From Standing Water to Dry Standard

Four stages, run by one contractor, so drying and rebuilding are not two separate projects.

  1. Emergency Call & Assessment

Call our emergency line and a supervisor is dispatched to locate the source, document the affected areas, and confirm whether the water is clean, grey, or contaminated.

  2. Extract & Contain

Standing water is pumped out, the source is isolated, contents are moved clear, and unsalvageable materials are removed before moisture spreads deeper into the structure.

  3. Dry & Monitor

Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers dry the structure while moisture readings are taken and logged until the building reaches a documented dry standard.

  4. Repair & Rebuild

Subfloors, drywall, insulation, and finishes are replaced by our own crews, with plumbing and mechanical repairs coordinated through to final inspection.
