A fire-damaged multi-storey brick building at dusk, its upper floors burnt out, with a restoration crew in hard hats and high-visibility vests working behind safety barriers at street level.
24/7 Emergency Response

Fire Restoration

From the first emergency board-up to the final coat of paint, LBE Contracting takes fire-damaged commercial, institutional, and residential properties back to full use.

A fire keeps causing damage long after the flames are out. Smoke residue continues to etch into finishes, soot works its way through HVAC systems into rooms the fire never reached, and the water used to fight the fire starts a damage clock of its own. The first hours decide how much of a building is recoverable.

Because LBE Contracting is a general contractor first, the rebuild is never handed off to a third party. The same team that boards up your property, removes the soot, and clears the odour is the team that carries out the reconstruction -- one contract, one point of contact, and no gap between the restoration scope and the construction scope where a schedule normally gets lost.

How It Works

From Emergency Call to Reoccupancy

Four stages, run by one contractor, so nothing stalls at a handoff between trades.

  1. Emergency Call & Assessment

Call our emergency line and a supervisor is dispatched to the property to confirm it is safe to enter, document the loss, and set the immediate priorities.

  2. Secure & Stabilize

Board-up, roof tarping, temporary fencing, and utility isolation stop weather, trespass, and structural risk from adding to the original loss.

  3. Clean & Deodorize

Soot and smoke residue is removed from the structure, finishes, and mechanical systems, then the building is deodorized at the source rather than masked.

  4. Rebuild & Restore

Our construction crews carry out the structural repairs, finishes, and mechanical work, coordinating trades and inspections through to reoccupancy.
